I purchased a ring for my partner also ordered the wood box upgrade along with it. The ring arrived in 2 days and was packaged beautifully, it was not damaged and the box had a nice weight to it that felt very luxe. My partner loved the ring and the box although the ring itself did not fit as imagined. It wasn’t a big deal as there was a ring sizer sent in the package, so we just sized his finger again and I sent back the ring. The customer service was amazing as in another 2 days my brand new ring was sent through and was a perfect fit!
