Shipping for In -Stock Items (All Modern Metal Rings)
We ship all orders via Pack ‘n’ Track and a tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped (where available). Orders over $60 receive free shipping, and when possible, we ship orders for in-stock items the day we receive payment if ordered before 3pm on a weekday.
Pack n Track usually takes 4-10 business days from shipping.
Shipping Times for Gold, White Gold, and Platinum Rings
Due to the bespoke nature of our precious metal rings, please anticipate a production time of approximately 3-6 weeks. Once your ring is crafted to perfection, it will be dispatched using the shipping method selected during your checkout.
Shipping Times for Custom Titanium Rings
Our tailor-made titanium rings are crafted specifically for you and will be ready to ship within 1-2 weeks from the date of your order.
International Shipping
We are delighted to serve customers worldwide and have successfully shipped numerous orders internationally. All international orders benefit from free standard shipping. Please be aware that currently, we cannot ship precious metal rings internationally. Custom titanium rings will experience a 1-2 week delay due to their bespoke nature.
Customs Duties/Taxes
Since our rings are dispatched from our central warehouse, higher-value orders might be subject to duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs. These charges must be settled before you can receive your order. Regrettably, due to the variety of countries we ship to, we cannot predict the specific duties that may be applied.

Precious Metal Rings
For orders involving high-value items and precious metal rings, we might request proof of credit card ownership. In such cases, we may ask the purchaser to scan and email a copy of their driving licence as proof of identity and ownership of the credit card. The name on the licence must match the name on the credit card used for the purchase.
