You will get a reference number straight away and an email with what to do next. Custom-made and precious-metal rings are checked personally by our team.
Post the ring back to the address below in its original condition, with your reference number inside the parcel. Once it arrives we send your replacement, or process your refund or store credit, and email you at each step.
