Titanium handles whatever you throw at it — farm work, rugby, the workshop, tramping. It's aircraft-grade light on your hand and doesn't pick up scratches from everyday gear and knocks. Hypoallergenic, so it works for blokes who react to cheaper metals. Available in 6mm — The curved interior fit is comfortable through a long day outside. Titanium won't corrode in harsh conditions and needs zero maintenance beyond a rinse. If you want something that just does the job without fuss, this is a solid option.
The polished surface picks up hairline marks within weeks — normal and adds character. A microfibre wipe restores shine. Titanium doesn't tarnish in salt or sweat, so beach days and gym work are fine without any after-care.
The curved interior fits a half-size smaller than flat bands of equal width — order true to your normal size. 6mm suits average to wider fingers. NZ free sizer included with every order.
Polished looks dressier and shines new from the box; brushed hides scratches better for hard-handed work. For a low-fuss finish that always looks fresh, see other titanium finishes.
A: Yes — titanium handles sweat, river crossings, and rough scrub without corrosion. Rinse fresh when you reach the hut.
A: A jeweller's polish restores mirror finish in 10 minutes. We offer this service for NZ customers — post it in, comes back fresh.
A: Yes — light weight, no nickel reaction, and the polished finish wipes clean of solvents. Many sparkies and chippies wear it daily.

I asked a for ring size that was too big and the exchange worked quickly and easily.
Not the one I wanted would of liked to of waited for stock. Ring fits him and does look good.
Our ring arrived in a couple of days and is amazing quality - highly recommended!
Bought a titanium wedding band, delivery was fast and you can tell the attention to detail by the way it was packed. Really impressed by the way they handled my order, will buy again.
Always delivered quickly, and excellent customer service. Not so common these days
Titanium is about 45% lighter than steel but still corrosion-proof, so it shrugs off salt water, sweat, chlorine and household cleaners without tarnishing. Wash it once a week with warm water and a drop of dish soap, work a soft toothbrush around any inlays or grooves, then pat dry. The surface can pick up fine hairline scratches over time — these can be re-brushed with a green scotch-brite pad if you prefer the matte look, or polished out by any NZ jeweller for a small fee.
Remove the ring for heavy lifting, climbing or anything where the finger could be crushed, because titanium is harder to cut than gold and emergency staff will need bolt cutters or a diamond-tipped saw. Otherwise it is one of the most wearable metals — fully hypoallergenic, hypothermic-friendly (it warms to skin temperature quickly), and unaffected by the iodine-rich coastal air found across most of NZ.
Titanium is tougher (it bends before it breaks) while tungsten is harder (it resists scratches but can shatter on impact). For a tradie or farmer who drops things, titanium is the safer choice; for someone chasing a permanent mirror polish, tungsten wins. Both outlast gold on a busy hand.
Most NZ jewellers can resize a plain titanium band up or down by one half-size using a stretching mandrel, but rings with inlays, grooves or anodised colour generally cannot be resized. If you're between sizes, order the larger one — a sizing bead can always be added later.
No. Titanium is the same alloy used in marine and surgical implants, so saltwater swimming, surf trips and chlorinated pools cause zero corrosion or discolouration. Just rinse with fresh water afterwards to stop salt crystals collecting under the band.
A typical 8mm titanium band weighs around 4–5 grams, versus 12–15 grams for the same shape in 9ct gold. Most NZ buyers describe it as feeling like "barely wearing a ring" — useful for office workers, gym-goers, and anyone not used to wearing jewellery.
Titanium and tungsten rings are the two most-compared modern metals on this site. Titanium wins on weight, comfort and resizability; tungsten wins on shine retention and scratch resistance. Both are priced well below gold and ship free across NZ.
Every ring in our range is built to outlast the work it’s worn through. Here’s what comes with yours, and how we back it.

Real heft in the hand. Nothing hollow, no plating to wear through. Same metal day one, day ten thousand.
If the metal cracks or breaks during everyday wear, we replace the ring. Plating and inlays wear naturally and aren't covered.
