Patient, helpful and very responsive- one the best personalized experiences I ever had! I ordered a ring for my boyfriend and (because I'm bad at math) I got the size wrong twice (do note that MensRingsOnline did give me direct advice as how to measure ring size, I am just forgetful and was in a rush). But they were very patient with me, were efficient and reduced the stress. I would like to put in that it would be quite helpful if the ring sizer came with an advice about what unit of measurement it followed (for example, the units on the plastic ring sizer is to follow the US size chart on their website); The mistake I made was measuring the finger, rolling it out and then measuring it in mm, comparing the results with the chart on the website.
