Important Notice on Returns/Exchange Policies

Please be aware that we have distinct Returns/Exchange policies for our precious metal rings and modern metal rings. If you have any questions regarding these policies, feel free to reach out to us, as we are here to assist you.

Returns/Exchange Policy for Gold, White Gold, Platinum, and Palladium Rings:

Due to the custom nature of our precious metal rings, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or select an incorrect size. If the size is incorrect, you can have it resized at your local jeweller at your own expense. However, if the item you receive is not what you ordered or is faulty, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided the tag remains attached.

We suggest using Parcel Post or Express Shipping for returns, as these methods include a tracking number and proof of shipping in the rare event that your order is lost in transit. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered under our ‘fee-free’ exchange/returns policy.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your returned ring. Depending on the payment method used, it may take up to 7 working days to receive the funds back (PayPal refunds are typically very fast, while credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days). There are no restocking fees.
