Important Notice on Returns/Exchange Policies
Please note, we have distinct Returns/Exchange policies for precious metal rings and modern metal rings. If you have any questions about either policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
Returns/Exchange Policy for Titanium, Tungsten, Ceramic, and Steel Rings
We offer a 60-day* fee-free exchange/returns policy on your first exchange (fee-free for items over $90; items under $90 incur a $10 fee to cover shipping of your new order and handling of returned items). Sale items cannot be returned for a refund but may be exchanged for a fee.
We strive to ensure your satisfaction before, during, and after your purchase. We carefully inspect, pack, and ship your items to minimise the likelihood of returns. However, if needed, here is our policy:
- The ring is unworn and in brand new condition.
- The ring is in its original packaging (with the tag still on the ring).
- The ring is returned to us within 60 days*.
- The ring is not a custom ring or custom size (please see custom design/size information here).
Essentially, the item must be resellable as brand new. While we understand you need to try the ring on, please avoid wearing it out and about. Once you know an exchange is needed, place the ring back into its packaging and follow the easy steps below.
If you have worn the ring but need a different size, we can still assist you. Please refer to our Fit for Life policy.
Second exchanges and sale items incur a $10 fee to cover shipping and handling.
Wrong Size? No Problem!
Exchanging our in-stock modern metal rings is as easy as 1-2-3. Follow the steps below, and we’ll get your new ring to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions during the process, please don’t hesitate to contact us. For custom precious metal rings, please visit our precious metals exchange page for options.
Step 1.
Request a unique exchange code using the form below. Once we receive your request, one of our consultants will generate a unique exchange code and email it to you as soon as possible.
Step 2.
Choose your replacement ring from our website, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, use your unique exchange code in the discount code section and click the “Redeem Code” button. Then checkout as usual.
Step 3.
Return your original ring to us. We recommend using Parcel Post or Express Shipping as these methods include a tracking number and proof of shipping in the rare event that your order is lost in transit. Return shipping costs are not covered under our ‘fee-free’ exchange/returns policy.
That’s it! Once we receive your original ring and exchange order, we’ll ship out your replacement.
To request your unique exchange code, please enter your email below (using the email address associated with your order). We will then email you your code and further details about returning your original item.
(Please note, the code will be emailed to you as soon as one of our customer support representatives confirms the exchange details).

*Please note that custom titanium rings listed on the website have a 15-day exchange requirement and a $50 exchange fee due to the need to recycle the original ring and produce a replacement.
The Process
Refunds: Once we receive your ring, refunds are processed within 24 hours. Depending on the payment method used, it may take up to 7 working days to receive the funds back (PayPal refunds typically occur quickly, while credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days). There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges: As soon as we receive your ring (and any additional payment if required), your replacement will be shipped within 1-2 business days via the selected shipping method.
