In-stock orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are normally dispatched the same day. Australia Post carries the parcel across the Tasman and NZ Post completes local delivery. Tracking is supplied after dispatch.
Made-to-order timing
- Custom titanium: usually 1–2 weeks before dispatch.
- Gold, white gold and platinum: usually 3–6 weeks before dispatch.
- Engraving: normally adds 3–5 business days.
GST, customs and import charges
Your order ships from Australia. If New Zealand Customs, NZ Post or another carrier applies import GST, duty or a clearance charge, that charge is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot predict border charges in advance.
Returns across the Tasman
Eligible in-stock rings can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. Return postage is paid by the customer, and we strongly recommend tracked shipping. Send approved returns to Mens Rings Online, Unit 1240 / 80 Flinders Parade, North Lakes QLD 4509, Australia. Custom-made and sale items have different conditions, so check the returns and exchanges page before sending anything back.
