Modern Metals Fit for Life Policy
We know your ring is crafted to last a lifetime, but we also understand that as we age or experience seasonal changes, our fingers can change size. If your ring no longer fits as it should, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us, and we will guide you through the Fit for Life process. We will then send you an invoice for $50 (plus shipping) and ship you a brand new ring in your requested size. If your desired ring is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative of equal or lesser value, or you can request a quote to upgrade. Please note, this policy applies exclusively to our modern metals collection (titanium, tungsten, ceramic, and stainless steel), as these materials cannot be resized. Custom-made rings and sizes are not included. Precious metal rings can be resized at your local jeweller.

Modern Metals Lifetime Warranty
Mens Rings Online offers a lifetime structural warranty on all its modern metal jewellery (including titanium, tungsten, ceramic, and stainless steel) because we want you to know our service continues long after checkout and delivery. If your item is structurally damaged during normal wear and tear, please contact us; our modern metals are built to last. Normal wear and tear excludes incidents that are not part of everyday wear, such as dropping, losing, or accidentally standing on the item. Additional elements of a modern metal ring, such as black coatings, resin, carbon, gold, and silver inlays/plating, are not covered under the lifetime warranty as they are subject to wear and tear. We are always here to help, so if your piece is damaged outside of warranty terms, please still contact us. Please note, engraving Mens Rings Online rings may void your warranty, depending on the engraving method and the jeweller used. Engraving is not covered under your warranty if your piece needs replacement. Precious metals are not covered under our lifetime warranty.
